Anybody any insight into how Mowatt is getting on these days ? Think he got some nice goals, had the football but not the engine, always thought players like him and Dawson would be better suited to the likes of the Spanish league and type/brand of football more so than the championship

Mid favourite for wood. Lol. what's monk going to do with all those strikers? Use one at a time? don't think we should sell to them anyway. Seems rumours growing about him going though. Will balance the books a bit. As long as we replace him!

20 mill then yes and get a good quality striker to replace him. Age is not an issue as we have some very promising young strikers come in this year so I bet at least one will come on quickly and be pushing for next season.

Ur right martyn. He grew on me last year cause of the goal tally. It didn't go unnoticed though, that he about gave up when monk did. And his head seems to be elsewhere already. And i will be astonished if he repeats the feat with us or anybody else this year. But would prefer to keep him unless we get a good replacement. And should def get near $20 mill for him. Although roofe is showing signs of improving a lot.

Agreed aus. I've been saying for a while I don't think he'll get anywhere as many goals this season but when I do I get hammered with thumbs down from every one.

It will be tough to match last seasons tally and it can depend a lot on the system we play. It may also depend on the boss and how much love woody gets from the gaffer etc.
