To all people who continually deride Chris Wood, can't you see that without him we are toothless! Doukara is no where near good enough in front of goal, sake is a headless chicken in front of goal, Roofe and Antonsson are still learning at this level and both may come good in time, but we desperately need another striker not just as back but as a sometimes strike partner for Wood.
This is the priority, never mind all the cries for more defenders and midfielders and Keepers, although God forbid own happens to Green and we have bring back Marko the clown, in spite if some others ravings about him (they have short memories of last years flapping antics) .
So let's get Rhodes in and look forward to sticking it to em at OT and Anfield and others. MOT.
Oh and bring back Noel, at least he was entertaining and far better than listening to that bore drawl Manc Ritchie.

Agree. Personally I don't think there's much to choose between Green and Silvestri. Both are good enough but neither are brilliant. Think we need to concentrate our January spending elsewhere though.

Tough game today but deserved the win. Didn't give them much really, our defence was solid again, Ayling is a star. All those who were saying in the summer that we should be aiming for better players than Bristol City's cast offs, go to confession and say sorry. Hogan had a couple of their better chances, wouldn't mind seeing him signed in Jan. Missed Wood as our attack was all out of sync. Good break now to get some hard earned rest, I agree with GM and we looked tired today. MOT. Keep upping and supping.

I watched, and altho it was a poor, scrappy game, I just had that feeling we would win. The supporters, once again, in a different class :) anyone would have thought we'd won the league when the goal went in!

Aussie. Are you a true LU fan or have you been swayed by that pussy game called aussie rules? You don't like Wood and not totally biased towards your team. Put those white tinted specs on for the next game, you'll see that all every challenge that one of our players makes isn't a foul. Whenever one of our players goes down in the box, it's a pen. And when we play below par we still deserve to win.

The top half of the table is so tight. So we start the day in + good in play off position and by the end of the weekend we could drop out of it🙄. Need a win and a bucket load of goals whilst elsewhere we need some of the bottom half clubs to have the game of their season and then a couple of draws from teams closer to play off. May the sports gods smile down on us 😂 Still, rather be scrapping up top than depressed down at the bottom. MOT positivity reigns 👍🏻.

I agree Aus, if we keep winning the table will take care of itself. Then again Peacock your right it does seem we need to win just to stand still at the moment. Win our next two games and we'd have 41 points at the halfway stage, double that would guarantee a playoff place, (at least) Maybe even I, (glass half empty danum) am starting to believe! 👍.
