Think Morrison should start on the bench in home games. Ant and Sharp up front pose more of a goal threat. We should be looking to win our home games so Morrisons defensive qualities? should not be an issue. With Byram fit we have 6 defenders on pitch, two as wingers, but surely that's enough. If we 1-0 up with 15mins to go bring him on. As it is now we are bringing goalscorers on for last ten mins when game could be lost. If Cani was given more action maybe he can do his job with goals as well. If we lose Adryan, Monty, Del boy and Cani in summer don't fancy our chances to go up next season with what we have left. Need a striker and wingman. Taylor is a good attacking wingback, not a winger, not scored many goals at all for U21s. and won't in first team. Sharp and Morrison do not play well together. Think Redfearn has done a great job to get us up the table but hope he does not get carried away bringing the young academy lads he has nurtured so long into the first team at the expense of the obvious talent we have. Phillips earned a place around first team, Walters a lot to prove yet. Should he be there before Monty, Adryan or Del boy, nimo. Anyway nine games left for him to give players a chance hope he uses the squad now to see our options. mot

Del Fabro should definitely get a few games as we've nothing to lose. We can still beat sides taking the odd risk at the back

yeah we are safe now but can't go up so love to see us play the younger ones to see if walters ect can offer something to 1st team. only trouble is if redders experiments and we lose, some idiots and maybe MC himself may call for his head. No wonder he plays safe

Think he largely stumbled on this team and formation and hadn't got the tactical variations to adapt to diff situations. Maybe I'd give him 5-6 games next season. But that would be it.

Agree BW think he is playing it safe and in his position right thing to do, but could play Adryan for two games, then Monty for a couple. Del boy is good enough to play rest of games and rest Coops. Let Walters have a run on wing for last two games. At the moment we stick with players who have had a dip in form when a week out may do them good. Just worried we will lose a few talented players in summer due to lack of involvement. When you guarantee a player first team action when he just got back from injury like Walters and ignore the guy who is scoring for academy every game what does that tell him,

Agree with most of above posts. I think Redders has done a brilliant job under the circumstances, especially with academy players quite naturally playing out of their skins for him. There's nothing to dislike about him, and he's earned his right to at least kick off next season. But he clearly is still learning on the job and has made mistakes. I'm not convinced he learns quickly enough but I hope I'm wrong, as I would like him to be the one to take us up. What's probably going to be more important is who stays and who goes. There are a few players who (despite divided opinions) have helped us steady the ship and get to where we are now, but surely they are not in the longer term plans. NOW is definitely time to try out some of the fringe players and give Adryan a proper chance - he may yet turn out to be the star we were all hoping for

i think redders might be as good as we can get. look at nothing but points as at the end of the day only points matter not style or who is playing. with the same team look at the points darko got, hock got then redders got. when you look atit that way (the sensible way) redders has done amazing. NOt saying there is not better out there. I would give bates right arm for Pulis (i would give bates right arm for a mars bar though) but I think redders has done well, without him we would be going down. no pleasing some fans. Give him preseason let him get his players in and bed his team then watch as we make playoffs next year and you can all say 'wow BW you was right, you so clever' and I shall smugly reply. I know. I know :)
