Warnock has said he's stabilised our club in the year he's been here. Please someone tell me what is his evidence for this? What has he done that Grayson hasn't?

Believable16 Unbelievable0

I think Neil should retire now. Thank you. I would like Nigel Atkins or gus Poyet as Leeds manager.

Agree15 Disagree0

Stabilised us as a mid table Championship club. Not what he intended or what we all hoped for. How can he possibly consider that a success as he seems to be saying? He'll finish his contract as the worst performing Leeds manager for50 years. I wanted him as manager 12 months ago, as he says himself 'be careful what you wish for'.

Haha it makes me laugh how pathetic you so called fans are. Warnock has one of the best promotion records in the country and he knows what he's doing. Even Norman Hunter has said that you don't get out of this division with kids and to knock Brown who has probably been our most consistent player this season proves the people who come on here either don't go to Elland Road or have no clue about football. I just read a post saying I'm not going back to ER until Warnock has gone. Like I said pathetic. Any excuse to not go and support the team. We are better off without you lot so stay away

Sam luFC

Believable6 Unbelievable26

Utter, mindless drivel. If you think Warnock's any good then you must have been staying away. His recent promotion record is not that great - most of them date back 2 decades when hoofball worked. He's a dinosaur and our league position tells you everything you need to know. And I am still going to the games like a lot of the anti-Warnock people on here.

Agree24 Disagree2

You can see by disagrees that it's you that's pathetic. schoolboy error saying go support another team,,, shrew leeds

Agree15 Disagree0

First poster. please take Warnock with you and go and watch Sheffield you with him. You are the pathetic one look at his record at Leeds? not his history elsewhere. 33% win rate?? what do like about that

Agree8 Disagree1

No offence to Hunter, but what experience of current championship management does he have other than fm13?
Grayson has 3 promotions to his name in 7 years of football management, that's probably the best promotion stat a manager of this country has. He was head and shoulders above Colin, who let's face it has lived up to being a W*****.
A remember a certain Mr Revie won promotion from this division with a fair few young kids - Eddie Gray in the 80's was very close to doing it with the academy as well losing out on the final day - he had some good youth like Dennis Irwin John Sheridan Neil Aspin
I like the old philosophy of "if you're good enough, your old enough"

Proud as a Leeds fan to be associated with Robbie Rogers. All the so called 'hard men' and 'macho' footballers we've had at the club over our history and the bravest turns out to be an American who played only a handful of times.

Shame we didn't see the best of his playing ability at LUFC. Good luck Robbie.

Believable24 Unbelievable4

Whoever disagreed with this can stop supporting Leeds United right now. We are United and a former player who never got his chamce has been so courageous as to be the first footballer since Vashnu to announce he is gay. I hope he comes out of retirement to come and play for us again if I'm honest.

Agree4 Disagree3

Gay or not he was too lightweight for british football and injury prone with it, why would you want him back?

Will everyone get of NW's back. It's not his fault we have no money to spend, no ambition, no fans etc. I'm fed up with all this negativity towards him he's a good championship manager like anyone with poor bosses soon saps all your motivation, morale & passion for the job which in turn feeds down to your staff. Leave him alone & direct your anger at the owners whoever they are GFH, Bates, KFC.
Bring on next season and that's when the fun will start. MOT

Believable4 Unbelievable22

Neil will you stop posting these messages, no one believes them!

HOW has he done a good job?

He took over a team that finished 7th and were 7th in February last season. He finished mid table and this season he is making us in to a bottom half team - what's he going to do next season if he stays? Relegate us?

He's had tons more backing than Grayson by the board and signed most of the players he wanted, so he's got no excuse - he's just not the right manager for this club

Agree11 Disagree2

15 Feb 2013 22:00:40
Now Warnock is claiming he has stabilised the club?? this is the most deluded, egotisical backward Sheffield chunk of crap ever to grace Elland Road, his football is poor his tactics are worse but most of all his insults are now begining to grind, I will not set foot through the turnstyles whilst he is Manager of my club. What a fuxxing disgrace this man is.

Believable18 Unbelievable3

A 33% win ratio says it all, not good enough.

Pity we are away this week as I would have been tempted to spend my money at the fun fair, prob better value and on the big wheel I would still be able to see the hoofball from the car park!

Agree13 Disagree0

Think he should stabilise on the pitch before we sink into oblivion. Gzzzzz it's been a a rubbish year on and off in our stabilised club.

It must be starting to get to him judging by his "be careful what you wish for" comment, with regard to fans disapproval.

Dear GFH,

I am sorry for David Haigh's family
bereavement I am, but

I don't see why
his being absent prevents Salem Patel and Hisham al Reyes hosting the forum.

Our fans are crying out for information and
you are running the risk of alienating them
if you continue with this wall of silence.

Put another date in the diary quick and get some players in in the emergency loan window.

Something needs to be done sharpish before
this house of cards comes tumbling down. It
is too precious a football club for that to
happen.

Robbie Rogers as announced he is gay and he is retiring from professional football at the age of 25. It's a bit sad if he feels he needs to retire from the game because of this. I thought them dark days where well gone. Keep fighting Robbie lad. Mot

Okay we are now sat mid league, could go up, could still go down?

How much are we paying Warnock per week/month?

If we terminate his contract what will it cost bearing in mind it ends in May anyway?

Why can't we get shot, and bring in someone that wants to give our OWN players, a chance?

Why the f**k are we putting Poleon out to Sheff Utd?

Why are we loaning out ANY of our young players, when we are performing so dismally?

We are crying out for players like him, and Tom Lees and Sam Byram have 'stepped up' to the challenge?

Where the f**k does Warnock think the likes or Lennon and Milner came from?

I will not be putting any more of my hard money into travel and ticket money to get to Elland Road until some one realises that we need the4 upcoming talent that WANT to be in the first team?

Pay Warnock off, he should be drawing his pension now, and give the youth a chance!

Believable15 Unbelievable1

15 Feb 2013 17:10:14
i fully agree I can not understand why we loan our players who we know have a great future at our great club and take an unknown on board. we need to blood out youngsters ready for next years big promotion push.

this year has been a total mess - take over / no take over funds very little of
now another take over, bates out colin out NOW

Agree8 Disagree0

15 Feb 2013 14:10:25
Bit of a mess isn't it
The story of leeds continues
Gfh can't afford us and don't want to talk to us anymore
Gfh want somebody else to spend their money on players.
If this dosent happen by summer. Bye bye. Poleon. Bryan. Diouf. McCormack White etc
We can't change our manager in case new owners don't want him
Our manager is not only passed his sell by date but also completely insane with more interest in Sheffield utd than leeds and absolutely no idea how to manage or pick a good team in their right position or a clue how to play a game of football
Our players, bless them, mostly pensioners who are warnock yes men. Try their best to play warnock non football and have no real connection with this great club
There are a few players who deserve to wear the white
Hopefully we stay up, get new owners who are ok with communication with the people who pay their wages. Get a new young manager wh sells all the crap and buys players who know how to play football and want to wy for leeds
Most other teams get this loyal ayers proud to play for their team and a manager and owner who want to win. Not just make money. Why do we have to suffer f morons?
Ausman

Believable10 Unbelievable1

We can change our manager, just how much do you think it would cost to cancel 3 months of his time?

Do we want to write off our season for such a paltry sum?

He has failed to deliver the goods, okay he still has time to 'produce' but we are going nowhere right now?

Seriously, how much are we paying him per week?

Just pay him off and get rid?

When neil first came I thought it would be a success because he seemed passionate, dedicated, brilliant at making the most out of poor transfer budgets and average players. It has been the complete opposite, he has lost his passion and his heart just seems not to be in it. He has made some good decisions but mostly bad ones, in my opinion it hasn't worked mainly because he got rid of some decent players namely Adam clayton and lioyd sam and then replaced them with journeymen who were no better. He had alienated becchio which in the end made him leave. Whenever we lost it was his fault according to neil which would force amyone to leave despite money offered. He has wasted the wage money he was given by getting a useless defender, another centre midfielder and a winger who was only here to keep fit. The tactics are awful and them alone would make me leave if I was a top player at leeds

i haven't posted in a bit and i'm no manager but it seems to me that we don't have the right manager at the healms was full of faith for NW not anymore!
i pick up from his body language after games and excuses used that we're sick of hearing its so obvious his heart isn't in it anymore but more or less hoping for some kind of fluke promotion he takes the fact that we haven't been at the top league for awhile that were in the same stature of the sheffield clubs or huddersfield he constantly talks of other teams having great squads like cardiff and the like as if that's where we want to be!
i don't wanna be like cardiff I want to be better than cardiff be ambitious for gods sake! seems only like only yesterday we were playing champions league don't care what other clubs and people say we are a massive club not 2nd rate club championship club!
and before any1 says anything that's where we are because that's where our manager thinks we should be every club in the premier league miss
playing us!
GFH whether your selling up now or whatever do one good thing for the club b4 you leave and that's the obvious thing I think most of us true fans want that is tell NW walk and bring in nigel adkins b4 its too late least he might wanna win the league NEXT season! its screaming out at ya come on!

There's a lot of fresh rumours on here about a change of ownership etc and this can be very frustrating due to the lack of any challengeable source. However, just trying to look at the logic to these rumours and they could be real. For instance, since the takeover, GFH have been noticeable by their absence, twittering like mad before but silent after. There has been no real investment in the team, strange given their stated intentions. Two transfer windows have passed us by with no activity which would show intent to get promoted. The results on the pitch have been dire, how many managers would still be in charge under new owners if they were committed to the future? They left KB at the helm because they have no knowledge of how to run a football club and have no intention of learning because they don't intend being here long enough to make the effort to learn.
This isn't a rumour, just my attempt to make the facts fit the current re-sale rumours. You never know, sometimes 2+2 does equal 5.
CJS

Believable4 Unbelievable1

To be honest there was nobody available that we needed or wanted, anyway.

We need to try and 'steal' players and that isn't going to happen untill we have owners who are prepared to realise what REAL investment can bring.

They want to make a fast buck, rather than realise Leedsin Europe could bring in milloins.

Never going to hjappen while Warnock brings in his players looking for their pension supplements.

Agree0 Disagree0

2+2 will never equal 5, but sometimes it doesn't equal 4 either.

We have 2 plus 1 new directors, but unfortunatley Bates makes 4.

I posted here last week that I wasn t going to be able to make it over for the fans forum evening next week, well guess what, its been cancelled, now there's a surprise. I know the OS says its down to a bereavment, well my condolences if its true, but sorry this smells a bit to me. Like others have said, why don t the other so called owners continue with this event? Are they shy if Haigh isn t there? Can they not speak our language? No its simple, they know that there will be a large audience, made up of people frustrated by their lack of communication, to be honest it would have been a good thing for both sides to say what they wanted about what's going on and what we as fans think is going on, but as usual, more frustration. I watched that show on tv 1 last night with Ex Arsenal chairman David Dein talking about the importance of the fans, and the need to keep them on your side, well GFH, do I feel important to you? No, none of us are important to you because you will be gone before us fans are. And as for a re scheduled fans forum, I suppose we ll have to wait and see if this ever happens.

Why should he be ashamed, look nat the facts. there's 3 of them over here and it only takes one person to speak. They cancel it just after the season is dead in the water. They know fans want Warnock gone for good and bids have started for the club. They said there would be open dialogue with the fans but my fish talks more LUFC then them.
How many more times do we have to hear exscuses, when it only takes one man to talk. If one player gets injured, does the team not play?

It could have been cancelled before now judging on the time scale?

Why do the directors need to have a meeting any way? I can't get up there for it, but I'd like some kind of 'web' discussion. ?

Having supported Leeds for over 40 years I have watched technology change, and I seriously don't believe I need to drive 150 miles each way to attend a meeting like this?

I personally would have liked some declaration of intent on the OS as I don't believe in twitter and the like, and never will do.

Living in oz I don't really see many games but I do read peoples opinions and watch a game, when on (including highlights on fo. tube).
I Would just like to get a general opinion on the player of the season so far?
From what I have seen mine would be Diouf (Don't want to give it Byram as the lad might get too ambitious and then definitely leave and the summer).

Believable5 Unbelievable0

So do you want our opinion on player of the season. not related to football but related to their what. feelings. ego. or do you want us to leave out the players that will get too big headed (for want of a better word). or leave out those that, if we mention their name they will put up there hand for a transfer or. maybe not suggest anyone in case Delia is reading this post. FFS get a grip and watch the A league.

You are spot on in regards to the player of the season though. I reckon it is Diouf, but very close between him and Byram. Nooooo he's going to ask for a transfer now.
