What a joke we were tonight. Keith Andrews looked like he would fit in nicely at Leeds as he aint no international player. Did anyone see see the massive tricolour with the Leeds badge in the middle. Paul Green also came on although not sure if he touched the ball. I have not really seen enough of him to know if he is what we need? Ed did you find out about the new away kit today. {Ed013's Note - I spoke to someone in the office and she said she has no idea and she will e-mail me if she finds out. The only other option is to ask the club shop, but I am sure there will be one as its a money maker!}

I think its just delay tactics by KB..He may get a bit of investment to help towards players and give away a small share in LUFC but i wouldnt expect anything else...
We will probably get about £10 mill to buy players plus the cash from the sale of some of our players..
But for me that is a way forward, im happy for him to keep the club stable whilst some idiots throws loads money into players. MOT forever

Hi everyone. My views are we now have pretty much concluded an investment and Leeds are being clever not saying anything so as to not up the price for everyone Warnock wishes to sign. This is not a fact but its just the way I think Leeds are playing it. If Leeds start signing players for any fees we know something has happened even if there is no official announcement for the time-being!! What you think ed? {Ed013's Note - I think that is very sensible and makes sense. Once people know you have money, suddenly prices bump up, take Leicester for instance}

I have a 'Leeds fans terrified them' video on yut*be and I just noticed that in the play info I have had 31 hits from Kuwait in the last month, you never know it could mean something. Whatever happens Bates must realise he can't be in charge at Elland Road next season as the fans would go ballistic or no one will turn up. New Chairman and new money, perhaps the reduced prices is the first step in treating the fans with some care and respect.
Anyone who thinks prices will drop is being very naive! Hopefully we will get better value for our money but the prices will remain as is

With all the talk about the takeover and fears that Warnock might go one thing bothers me - there are still some people on here that call Warnock "colin" - i know why , and im sure our manager would be thrilled to know some of our fans still consider him to be a W###ER - its just not funny anymore

Personally, I'll occassionally refer to him as "Colin" but only light-heartedly. Sure Neil himself would laugh it off. But just because he's our manager and the best bloke for the job atm (and has my complete respect and support) doesn't change the fact he can still be an a**e the way he harasses the ref and linos constantly - though I'm sure we'll all turn a blind eye to it whilst he's in our dugout lol.
Gotta love his passion and the way he speaks his mind though.

Who said following the mighty whites is boring..... So far this summer, we have buyouts from every sports franchise owner in America, interest from the chinese, and even a well known supermarkets son has been tipped.... That just leaves us to receive bids from Uncle Tom Cobley, and Lord Lucan then.... On the player front, we have been linked with over 60 players in the last few weeks alone..... However the facts are even more strange... KB keeping his mouth well and truly shut... (a first), NW takes 3 weeks off when he wanted the team in place prior to pre-season,, even NW saying nothing (another first), and only an official statement on INVESTMENT after Tw...er goes into meltdown... NW to walk? - Well here's one rumour..... Warnock just sees Harry leave Spurs.... He is unhappy at the situation at ER, as his ambition for promotion to PL is not matched by the size of Kens wallet... Can walk as we can assume he took the job on the promise of backing, so can exit via breach on contract... Then spends the last year of football management getting Spurs into the Champs League finishing as runners up to City... Unlikely? - Well possibly just as unlikely as our current situation was a few months ago,,, and Rednapp leaving Spurs are denying it the day before.... The futures white, but with the highest power binoculars I can find, I just can't see it yet. Gingerstreak.

Shrewsbury - yes - he must be wetting his pants with excitement at that one. Couldn't fill ER for Scumchester last year so don't think we can take his 'excitement' too seriously. Bit naive to take this at face value perhaps?

Us Leeds fans are a very strange breed don't you think?? One minute we are on here saying that our club is doomed, no news on take over which obviously indicates the deal has either fallen through or never even got to a stage where it was ever possible, We have gone through all the talk of no signings being made so obviously we are broke and can't afford players and will be in a relegation battle next season. Now we are dumping Neil Warnock, getting taken over and bringing Harry Redknapp in as new manager.
Well... what's the next post going to be I wonder??? I suppose Gareth Bale is going to come with Harry and be our first big name signing with our millions.
