Personally i'm delighted for Norwich. With the exception of Johnson the other 3 served Leeds well and were instrumental in our promotion. So good luck to them and I for one wish they were still at ER, espescially Snodgrass. MOT
OP here, I just wanted to see if our ex players would jump ship if they got relegated, seeing as they moved for "premiership" football :-)
See your point but surely if they were going to jump ship it would be to another premier league club. They left LEEDS to further their careers. Even though i'm sure the cash plays a small part.

Why don't we forget Beccs, he's not coming back because obviously Macca dosn't want him.
As for him being a money grabber, he came into the game late via non league, he was in his late 20's when he was with us and Everton offered him silly money that would set him and his family up for life. He stayed with us when he could have gone in the January transfer window and could have sustained a bad injury which would have cost him his big chance during then till end of the season.
You are entitled to your opinion, but I think you are being very harsh on a player that saw out his contract and gave us some of our greatest moments when wearing our shirt. Good luck to him except when he plays against us.

Maybe all this talk of GFH having no money from here there and every fan who wants another excuse now that Bates has gone to stay away from ER. What I don't understand is if you don't want to come that's fine you really don't need an excuse, after all its your money your time and a lot like me are out of work, but I still will make every match I can afford. If it is that our core of Leeds fans is 20,000 then so be it, at least that's 20,000 strong backing the team as opposed to slagging them off and the owners! Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, just don't find an excuse not to come, we still had some cracking atmospheres without you. I simply cannot fathom what negativity gains. We are never going to have Man Citys money. so what!

I am a london based leeds fan with little money. as a 30th birthday suprise myself and 8 mates (most of whom are Millwall) went to leeds to the bremner suite to see leeds hudderfield it cost me and my partner well over £400 plus what my mates spent to see a half arsed leeds team not even try. what a waste of money. I love the club and don't care if we are rich or poor win or lose but at least the team should love the badge. when I make the effort it would be nice if the team did. maybe that is why leeds fans have stay away?

transfer window not open yet so how can we possibly start slating GFH? they funded last summers signings and let's be honest in january would you give funds who has pretty much already left for cornwall? give them a chance and see what happens in the summer. it can surely be worse than bates!

Not realistic at all, Adomah and Sharp will cost at least £1m each and then for Karacan you're talking £4m+ we don't have that sort of money.

We need to go for quality this year not freebies if GFH won't spend they just as well go. I'd push for stockdale/ McCarthy in goal. CB and a LB. Pacey winger (gradel perfect) a quality CM and Le Fondre and Sako with sharp be a perfect summer! Please spend Leeds!
Warnock is a fantastic LB, strongest in the league. agree we need an experienced head alongside Lees in the middle, but i'd focus on forwards/wingers for strengthening.
