Just looking at the stats for Saturday and I'm going for 3-0 to the mighty Whites. It looks like we'll be playing two up top and I fancy us smashing Charlton with Aunt Lucy keen to impress after sitting out last week. We are 25/1 with Paddy Power for 3-0 (other bookmakers are available) and 8/1 to win both halves. Chunky said in his press conference he'll be going for them early on so I see us winning at half time and adding a couple in the second half. A cautious fiver on each nets £175 to splash the cash in 'Spoons. If I lose, that's one less present for Mrs Mick (deluxe duster with extendable reach from the shopping channel) .

Think you might be missing a trick here Mad. Can't you just wash the ironing board cover you got her last year and tell her its a new one?
Plus, she's not going to have much time to be opening presents when she will be cooking dinner. Probably doing her a favour to be honest.

Trying to predict our results is a bit of a waste of time as we just don't know what team will be turning up, you would think we could win this 2-1, 2-0 so it prob means we will do a "QPR" performance and lose 1-0.

I would keep the same shape and just bring in bad boy Berardi, the first goal here will be vital and if we get it they will be like us at Elland rd as they have a lot of "issues" as well.

The shape we played last Saturday allows us to hopefully control midfield and gives us lots of attacking options off the bench if we need to open out but as they say if it ain't broke don't fix it and that midfield 5 deserve another go to see if it was a fluke or not.

I apologize speedyg. The Eds on this site have a splendid sense of humour. I guess they evoke the dark side of the force from me when it comes to amusing. I can't imagine a superior banter page in terms of laughter. What makes Leeds fans unique and the best.
