If you had a choice, but could only have one, would you have Gradel or Thomas?

Faurlin. And delph. Def these are the type of player we need nw likes faurlin. Thought delph was just comming in to his ownwhenn got injuredfo r us last year wageswould be a problem though

We have had delph before so why would we want him back again even last season when he came back on loan you could tell he wasnt the same player before he left the club lets just move on from him!

I thought i would help on the Beckford rumours, regarding if he can play for 3 clubs in a season.

FIFA stipulate, that a player may only play for 2 clubs in a season, however, a player may represent 3 clubs in a season, if approved by the FA, that one of those 'deals' was an emergency loan, thus not counting.

Huddersfield town signed Beckford on a 93day emergency loan. So in theory he could signs for Leeds on a perminant deal in Jan.

However, FIFA could stop him moving because they still class the emergency loan as an actual move, thus making 2 this season, the FA regard emergency loans as not counting toward the two moves.

So any transfer for him to Leeds could be complicated and get thrown out by FIFA or FIFA could stop him playing.

The deal would depend upon the FA regarding his loan to Huddersfield as an emergency one and not counting towards the 2nd club in a season rule.

In my opinion, i think we had his best days anyway and would welcome a move for McCail Smith or Charlie Austin. Either we would probably get for around the £6M mark and would comfortably sit in most premier league teams.

Id prefer CMS to be honest

Agree but disagree on the transfer value for Austin and CMS. Think we could pick up Austin for 4.5M and CMS for 3M.

Austin's form means his value has shot up. we'd be lucky to get him for under 10 mil, especially in January. remember Andy Carroll?

we wont spend anywhere near that money .maybe 1 mil per player .

Youre all talking crazy money for Austin. I wouldnt pay anywhere near 4.5m for him. We only need back up striker anyway. Dont think mccormack would be too happy being a rotation player. Would much prefer CMS for around 3m. Vinny.

Didnt warnock say he only wanted to add 1 more striker, including resigning the loan players, we might be able to afford a one off 3mill and the rest of the money going towards wages and smallish fees to bring in the loan players although I this to get thomas or an alternitive would be more costly.

Thomas shouldn't cost a bomb as he's only got 6 months left on his contract

If its a choice of gradel or thomas then to me its a no brainer it has to be gradel as you can't argue with 18 goals. If both then even better and also I would rather have cms than beckford as his all round game is better and he is a busy player that would occupy the opposition whilst bringing in others so we would be able to be more offensive and score more goals.

I see the paper reckons NW is after Mad Max Gradel if he can't get Thomas. I absolutely love Mad Max. Really good quality running at people, gets goals, stretches the play. He gave us an outlet and allowed us to play on the counter attack when necessary. Also he is relatively young! Would make a change from NW signing jobbing late 20s early 30s journeymen. Bring back Max!
