I fear the worst for Monk - I can almost hear Frank Sinatra "and now the end is near, and so I face the final curtain" - I just hope that if Cellino does his usual and we get a new man in that he can see what Monk can't - that Wood is just not good enough - I was rellly optimistic about this season but right now we are poor.

Totally agree Kray, I was hoping that this season was going to prove different to the last. god I can't even remember how many that have been disappointing but alas it's the same picture emerging. Poor performances, poor selections and poor substitutions, it all just sounds so familiar and as for Wood I wouldn't play him in a pub team!

I see it as a marvellous opportunity for MC kill 2 birds with one stone.

In middle of night he should enter Monk bedroom and swap his head for Chris Wood then Monk will know he's a donkey.
