I reckon if we had Bamba, Redfearn from the start, no Hockaday and Milanic, we would be around the play offs because it's no fluke that we've beaten numerous top teams in the division. And I prefer the way we're playing now because we may not be scoring loads of goals but we're developing a reputation for being hard to beat

We also need to question whether Cellino's departure has helped. I suspect that his control freak tendencies are a major problem and have been from the start.

Axeman, I'm with you its very interesting that since MC has been off the scene, the team has changed and improved. Could be that Redfearn has Thompson as an assistant. Although MC has done wonders for the club off the pitch, I was very suspicious that he was dabbling in who played and the shape of the team, early in the season. let's hope he takes notice and leaves well alone when he returns.

Let's hope he realises this and tries to work with Redfearn; I reckon if we get the signings and keep hold of our young players. Give is 2 or 3 seasons but signs are there

I agree have said all season we have the players just not the manager and wth the right guy in the hot seat we could go on a run long may it carry on

Well ed I don't know much about tommo but the results don't lie and we have been good since he come in so he must be doing something right
