Got a statement of my own.
UNFAIR DISCRIMINATION!
Think it's time GFH or Cellino started indicating that they were contemplating legal advice against the FL on the grounds of unfair discrimination.
Citing that the FL is fully aware of the current financial situation and is deliberately stalling the takeover in the hope that Cellino gets fed up with been messed around.
Effectively, abusing their authority and endangering the future of LUFC.
They should question whether EVERY other person who has passed the test provided as much info as has been requeste or are the FL been over stringent because it is Leeds.
The landmark 15 points deduction amongst other unfair rulings against LUFC is further indication of unfair discrimination by the FL.
Add to that, the fact that Shaun Harvey may be involved also creates a conflict of interest.
Think they would make a decision then.

Want to start legal action against governing obout the way the are investigating someone who is asking to be part of their league haha cumon people think before you talk this can't happen
as regards to the payment of bills, ghf is where this responsibility not cellino or the fl.

Why don't Leeds united fans picket the football league to bring this into the public arena and force the league to come out and say what information they require. If Leeds fans want their club to survive a stance has to be taken now. The league should be more transparent such secrecy is not right in a democracy and just adds to suspicions that the club are being deAlt differently to other clubs. Should mr Harvey come out and confirm that he is not part of the vetting process.otherwise the league is leaving its self open with a former member investigating his old club.surely that is not allowed under fl rules? Or company law?

Your absolutly right mate. I agree that legal advice should be taken and BOTH gfh and cellino should come out and tell the league to get a move on and stop trying to shaft leeds yet again

If fl refuse cellino, serious questions have got to be asked about how did gfh-c pass the same test
less than 12 months down the line and they have debts already if you include money owed to cellino & co of £20million
how the hell did they pass!!
