Ok, here we go. WHICH manager with the right credentials would you bring in to turn this shower around? And let's be realistic and forget Wenger, Dyche and the like? Who? Just interested.

Up in the air Martyn. It's just I'm intrigued who of the people who want him out, realistically think we can bring in? Given the club structure, the likely limited budget and all that.

Really doesn't matter which manager we bring in, not allowed to manage in the true sense of the type of manager we grew up with. Put orta in charge see how long he lasts.

It's a fair point but that's something radz will have to work out for him self. Manager or coach? When you wanna run the show with someone else buying the players then you'll always end up with puppets. We need to break away from this structure and get someone Sanchez or allerdyce because I think hell be replaced at Everton in summer. Problem is will orta take a step back from his role because there's not much sign of him doing that or he would have taken the job in spain

Sound post Martyn. And Strachan I could live with, partic with Macca as number two, but the time and patience to allow them to build.

Yes I think any new managers name will be decided on how much power he can wield. Its's easy to say Strachan, Flores et al but would they come under the present regime? No, I think that as per the financial situation we have to work with what we have (for the moment) . The show today has still not dented my optimism for next year it merely has underlined the height of the task ahead both physical and mental. Also the names of some of the faces who may not be here next season (or if they are they won't be kicking a ball regularily. )

I'm with you on that, Leodis. Watching the game today, there is so much inconsistency with the players on the park. Great touch, great pass, then just pee poor in every area thereafter. A manager or coach cannot account for that. Time for the broom, and a proper clean out this summer. The onus is on Radz and Orta.

The thing with DOL is, that I don't understand why he's been out of the game for so long. Is he still interested? Are we still paying him? And could he do it without Eddie at his side? It went downhill when he brought Kidd in. Loved the guy tho, and he brought some great times!

Fair point Martyn. Like I say, the onus is now with Radz and Orta to not screw up again. If they do, They will have made my mind up for me, and I'll be shouting for their heads too!

You are right Martyn and Bright the structure any Manager at Leeds has to work under at the moment is the issue. I have to say though that Heckingbottom isn't for me, he should still have done better than he has. Orta should go or do some overseas scouting and Radz, if he has any ambition for this Club to get promoted or at least challenge has to give power on signings back to the Manager. Surely people around the Club such as Eddie Gray can see this is the problem, Radz should speak to the likes of him maybe for some advice.
