“Leeds are falling apart again”. From an ironic chant from fans who’s club sat top of the pile, to a damning truth. The manager/head coach hasn’t been the saviour from relegation battling Barnsley who would galvanise our play-off chances as the hierarchy expected, and these poor results and even worse performances may just seal his fate by the season’s close. I’ll admit at the time I was relatively pleased to see TC go as inconsistency and a simple lack of discipline seemed to be jeopardising the season, however now looking back, ‘the grass isn’t always greener’ seems a perfect analogy for the situation, especially when you take into consideration, injuries, suspensions (Saiz’s 6 match ban which ultimately cost his job) and our playing squads’ overall ability, or lack of it. Looking to this summer, I am quietly confident (or hopelessly optimistic) that Radz will invest heavily, and find a healthy balance between experienced domestic players and a sprinkle of European flair, along with discarding certain underperformers and our overwhelming abundance of deadwood: Wiedwald, Lonergan, Cooper, Anita, O’Kane, Klich, Sacko, Cibicki, Grot, PML… A couple million quid from these, if we’re lucky, with a significant amount of wages being freed up to put towards new signings. Collating a good recruitment drive, with good use of the youth players who have performed so admirably since being thrown in the deep end and we may just be on to a winner. O’Connor, Pearce, Clarke and Rey have to be considered as at least squad options next season, with Dalby/Edmunson either given a chance or loaned out for 1st team experience… and of course BPF fully deserving of his chance as the club’s number 1. A long day at work lead to me writing this –just my opinions. Keep the fantastic support. MOT.

Ryan, the grass is't always greener may also apply to those who are calling for a change of manager now.

Leodis, it couldn't get much further from green at the moment.

There is no argument that we need a massive clear out, and a different transfer policy . Don't know whether Heck will survive until the end of the season, but I can not see him starting the next season . Are squad was shown up for what it is by a number of U23's

Radz could make a start by getting Hernandez signed up.
