I've just read an article regarding Hecks comment on "having his hands tied behind his back". Apparently his instructions are to give every senior player enough opportunity to prove they deserve to stay before the end of the season, so that decisions can be made on their futures. This would be why Anita, Grot, O'Kane, Ekuban etc have been given starts ahead of better players. This in mind, I doubt we will win again this season, but sounds like there is a plan to dump the weak links.

Exactly Mezzanine! Now is when you try Nicell, Rey and others. The senior players shouldn't require an ultimatum to play good. Cooper, Okane, Grot and Anita need to leave our club immediately on the grounds of being particularly horrible "players".

I agree lads that the rubbish ones should be known by now and they probably were. The only problem is that earlier we were still fighting? or the chance was still there, so it was just too much of a gamble to play too many new faces. Now there is nothing to play for so it is much easier to play newbies and drop more regular "stars". If he still wants to give them one last chance then so be it. Personally they have shown over more than these last games that the ability and commitment are just not there or if it is they are just too stupid to realise it and up there game.

I really do not think that the powers that be (Radz and Kinnear) have a clue how poor we are as they are being told by Orta that these players are good enough for top 6. I am certainly not defending PH as he is proving to be a poor manager but I believe he is being instructed to give certain players the most opportunity to prove themselves before the decision is made to move them on. From Radz point of view he will see them as assets and Orta will have egg on his face if his signs are moved on after one season.

I know if any my ex bosses suggested something, then I would argue my case against if I disagreed, and continue, but to a point. And who is to say that this hasn't happened. But there's a point at which you either walk because you disagree so strongly, or say, OK, if that's what you want! ? It's all hypothetical at the end of the day.
