Good morning everyone it's Lundy here again. I picked up the daily star this morning which features a big double spread on Bielsa praising the passion of the club, highlighting this as a reason for staying on. We should all be proud of ourselves for creating this passionate feeling. Now onto the rumours.

Roofe is going with a medical booked for Monday with Anderlecht £5-£7m. A poll of fans suggests our preferred replacement for him would be Brentford's Neil Maupay, but paper talk this morning is pointing towards a loan move for Gayle.

Other rumours include villa's fierce interest in Philips has cooled and Bielsa states in the star article that if he's in the squad for Bristol City tomorrow he is staying.

Another rumour with legs that's been bouncing around for a couple of days is this 19yr old striker from Inter Milan, Facundo Colidio who scored 12 in 31 last season under Conte. Radz met with the inter board on Friday to discuss a potential late window swoop (£10m) , but it seems Newcastle also have their fingers in this pie.

Other talk includes a loan to buy for Ryan Kent, but he's a winger isn't he? We need a striker - oh and a CB for heavens sake!

Take care gang.

I think Bielsa has passion for football. He would put the same dedicated effort anywhere he goes. He did a great job last year, but some would argue not good enough. If we don’t go up this season he will go. This is why such as Roofe and Phillips don’t really have any assurances about their future, after all this could be the managers last season. Phillips maybe not as much, as he would still command a decent move away if we fail, but Roofe?

That’s the pessimism out of the way. If we can get such as Gayle and keep the team fit, we’ll walk the league!
