I for one aren't overly surprised where we are in league. let's look, we replaced a good coach, monk with TC. Even if he had the same players monk had I doubt he would of improved us. And let's look at who went and who came in playing wise. Rob green gone weidweld not as good Taylor gone de bock nowhere near. Bartley gone. Cooper, Pennington nowhere near. Bridcutt? Well dunno perhaps foreshaw is better. Wood went lassoga nowhere near doukara well grot cibiki nowhere near. saiz is the only improvement on last season squad.

I thought Monk left on his own accord, so we didn't replace him, TC filled the vacancy

Captain your right, some have short memories I remember Monk was the Best thing since slice bread MC signed him how things change.
