Being said that Villa and Birmingham have now dropped out the running for Marriott from Peterborough. If it's true we are prepared to offer 4 million for a young kid from WBA, why would we not push on and offer the 6 million for a proven goal scorer.

Newport took ours to pieces in the cup. What I'm saying is it was a cup game with villa probably playing their second team to give em a run out and getting villa in the cup would be like there cup final
